A. Warranty and Returns
1.Warranty
BeNeDu Racing always strives for maximum customer satisfaction and excellent service.
The warranty can only be claimed:
If it appears that the items are already defective upon delivery
Incorrectly sent items
For missing items
If there is one of the points mentioned, please contact us as soon as possible within 72 hours or fill in the return form.
2.General return options
Since it concerns a business purchase, there is no right of withdrawal.
We therefore do not take back any goods.
4. Chargeback Amount
In general, we will refund the purchase amount within 30 days after receipt of the returned items. We will pay you back with the same payment method that you used to pay us. we do not refund the shipping costs.
5. Withdrawal/return instructions
You do NOT have the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 14 days without giving reasons.
